If we have all these people who'd appreciate about forms and space so deeply, and surrounded by this social ambience/atmosphere/attitude regarding not everything is about money, it'd be like artists' heaven.

The Moon jars are extraordinary❤ i love the small slim faceted pieces as well. What a wonderful potter and body of work❤

This video just popped up on my feed by chance! but Akiko's little sister was my best friend growing up. She went to London, I went to New York. I have lost touch with her now, but it's so good to see her big sis she's always so admired, as a successful potter. Congratulations Akiko san.

Does anyone know at what stage that Akiko started putting the stone onto her pot? at leather hard stage or after bisc fire? Thanks in advance
