To have added to the Stoic corpus. Incredible. Thousands of years, and no one has ever done this, nor anything like it. That you could have been a flash in the pan rapper, and was offered it- and chose to create something that transcends music and philosophy, which will be listened to 100 times longer than things with 1000 times the views today... that I should be among those who hear Meaningwave TODAY in the present, and to engage with its creation and lend my attention and receive a heart reacc from the creator... these things could not have happened by chance.

Two years ago when i just discovered your first JBPWAVE video i was just graduated, living with my parents, stuck in a office job on a small town, overweight, somewhat depressed and without any great prospects in life. Throughout these 2 years your compilations have been a pivotal part on my self development. In these 2 years I won a scholarship to study a Master's degree in one of the best universities on my country, I moved with my Girlfriend, Ran a 10k and did many other things i never knew where possible for me. Many of my achievment these 2 years have been in company with your music. My first 10k where run while listening to JBPWAVE, my study sessions where with Goggins and Jocko, I had good introspective revelations hearing Naval and WattsWave. I know i may be exaggerating but right now i am so grateful to you and your music because of the messages and motivation i get from them. And im sure im not the only one, many of the comments i have read on your videos are somewhat related to self development. I just want to say Akira, though I may never know you in person, Thank you, thank you for everything. Your music encapsulates the great ideas of self development and responsability in a digestible and marvelous way. Thanks Akira, You've got clout

I propose an exercise to people willing to feel stoicism as a value and palpable power. Find yourself in a powerfully negative situation(Don't go searching). Listen to this, reading the lyrics and find the power in breathing to stave off any anger, sadness or overjoy. Feel the emotions being tempered internally. Keep a composed attitude, you will succeed and you will then learn the power of stoicism, not just admire it as a spectator. I feel Akira made the tracks in a powerfully emotional way for a reason, to craft an environment where stoicism can be practiced. There is power in being able to temper and digest powerful emotions.

Marcus Aurelius never intended his diary to be read much less praised by common people like you and me.
