2 Green Chilli Gratings
1/4 cup Dill leaves
1 tbsp curry leaves(chopped)
1 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
2 tbsp fresh coconut chunks - small size
1 tbsp ginger gratings
2 cups Rice flour
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp carrot (finely chopped)
2 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
salte to taste
1. 3/4 cups of water
1 tbsp oil
