Melted is English name of the song. Korean name of the song is 얼음들 which can translated as ice cubes. They used this name because of the pronunciation. When you read 얼음들 (ice cubes) in Korean, it sounds similar to 어른들 which can translated as adults/grown ups. So they talked about adults in kid's point of view and asking why are they so cold.
