I have a confession and I’m kind of embarrassed to admit this. I’m a big fan of Aurelia. I enjoy watching the city progress. I love the Crater, the Eye in the Park, the Island City, the Residential Bridge. I’ve walked the pedestrian highway a few times. It’s just interesting watching the city planning and how this city expands. But I have no idea how I was first recommended this channel 2 years ago, and I have never played City Skylines. Yes, I admit I have never played this game.

facts, i have cities skylines but i never enjoyed playing it too much, and i don't know why, but when i watch other people play it its such a good experience because its so relaxing and just oddly satisfying at watching the end result, especially Aurelia.

You should take a look at Bilbao for some inspiration whether it's for Altengrad or Aurelia, they've got a really nice looking tram line especially near the Estuary and some modern looking structures like the pedestrian bridge called Zubizuri, i love your videos btw!

It baffles my mind that it is already the 94th episode! And another great build! I always have trouble connecting different area's in a natural way. Looking at the overview, this whole city fits so well together!

14:00 honestly i am realy impressed by your build style and i love to watch you build and hear your thoughts, but: 1. near where i live there was a realy long predestian tunnle right in the center of the town. it didnt have any windows or imput of fresh air and it smelled awfull. my town now has redirekted the traffic, rebuild the Trainstation and build a new on-surface-access to the city. all just for a bit of fresh air. thats why i wonder wether in a futuristic city this kind of tunnels still would exist ;) maybe adding a skylights-like circle to the lower part of the tunnel would do the job (like they are in the "latest" Mission Impossible. and for the stairs that lead up to the station you maybe could have a "inverted" triangle. the stairs stay the same width on the upper end but the lowe widens up. that way when you pass through the tunnel and pass by the stairs you have fresh air access instead of a wall

I would like to say that I admire your patience and your imagination. Aurelia is something beautiful and I believe that the only compliment I can give is that there is no part of this city that I wouldn't like to live in...I would move, like, every few months just to enjoy it in its entirety. I was wondering if it would be possible to give us just a few seconds of a nighttime cinematic? I would really like to see the city at night!

hi akruas!! i find myself having a lot of trouble figuring out where on the map a cities skylines youtuber is building; would it be a good idea to maybe give a quick overview of the whole map with the episode's part highlighted at the start of the video where you explain what youre going to do? That would immensely help me understand the context of the build!
