Choley bhaturey is what we order frequently from Haldirams and Must say it is the most hygienic and flavorful. You have to eat 2 times a week to develop your tastebuds to actually start liking hygienic food. Another best item from haldiram that our family likes is Matar kulcha, that is not fried and not like the one we used to buy from thela wala uncle with lots of flies and shit. you haven't tried Jalebi, raaj kachori and other items that people most like to eat.
