Consider UMN as teacher and LMN as students if there is UMN lesion there will be no one to control students so there will be hyperactivity. In case of LMN lesion there will be no students so school become dysfunctional i.e paralysis and flaccidity of muscles

No..... At that time the LMN are controlling all the motor function, they have no supervisor at that time toh woh regular command denge muscles ko contract hone ki is liye spasticity hogi
