I love the boiled eggs but at what point should I add them in order to get some of the taste as well. I will for the 1st time be cooking waakey and the stew tomorrow and i hope is going to work as I imagine it would. :))

I can’t wait to see what you make. If you want in stew in the eggs then you have to add the eggs as at the point where you add your meat. The catch here is to make sure you are gently stirring so that you do not end up breaking the eggs. Have you seen my waakye recipe yet? So so good

Hi Daisy, thank you for your kind words. With chicken, you can use the same process and it works perfectly. However, with fish, you may want to fry your seasoned fish fish and with the same oil, prepare the stew with the same process. I hope this works. Cheers💕

Adobo in my language is a dish mainly made of chicken or pork and soy sauce. You should check it out. Simple dish. You don't need to add sugar since Ghanian don't like sweet dish ☺️
