How to get Akuma: Find the "Master of Styles" poster in Metro City. It appears on your map, near the SiRN building. Talk to 'Steven' outside of SiRN, he will shortcut you to the top. Go to the 5th floor and speak with 'SiRN Staff Liu' Complete the fights against the copy fighters using the special moves each one requires. (Luke's Flash Kunckle, JP's Stribog, and Manon's Manége Doré) Fly to Japan (Genbu Temple) and talk to Retsu. If you haven't found him yet, he's first located by the Master's Foundation Building. The rest is shown in the video :) His 5UP gift is Trimming Scissors .You can get one from clearing the mission "Master of the Styles" and by fighting Momojiro in Enma's Hollow if you beat him using Akuma's style.

​@blackmanta2527 Guy was never a strict follower of the Bushinryu traditions to begin with. He was literally a punk that tried to jump an old man and got his ass handed to him instead. Then he pestered Zeku until the latter took him as his discipline put of annoyance. Only for Guy to break the two most important Bushinryu traditions by sparing him and running away from Maki's challenges. My guess is that's why he accepted Kim as her disciple, cause she reminded him of his younger self.

If i had to guess the smile from the avatar was just a reminder of ryu's unwavering determination to resist the dark hado and walk his own path and smile even in the face of death. Sorry for the long epistle but thats just what i think,

I find it interesting that in order to enroll as Akuma's student that you have to go through several sparring matches, 1 which is Ryu which makes sense but the other is Luke. I mean it makes sense since he sends you out to find the meaning of strength afterall but not going to Ken.

Akuma failed to killed Heihachi & Kazuya back in Tekken 7 didn't full fill his promise to Kazumi Heihachi's wife but Kazuya manage to win against Akuma in the end of the story mode

The fights were left deliberately ambiguous to avoid fan outcry. IMO, its more likely an unknown factor stopped Kazuya and Akuma's fight thus allowing both to save face with an undetermined fight. It would however still be Akuma failing to kill Kazuya though.

Even in Zero 1 and 2, Vega is put in a position where Gouki would always defeat him like in SSF2X. That is to remind that Gouki is more powerful than Vega. Vega and Shadaloo are aware of Gouki existence, but I don't think they did had enough data to analyze his fighting power, the Satsui no Hado, possibly only some of his fighting moves. This is said in the book All About Street Fighter Zero 3 where it's mentioned that Juni's fighting style was influenced by Gouki. Had Vega and Gouki fought, Vega would've been after Gouki's body instead of Ryu's.

The UDON comics are non-canonical and have no relevance to the Street Fighter storyline. Furthermore, "Gyuki" (Ox Demon) didn't burn down the farm that Akuma once lived in, as he is the latter's father who attempted to protect his family from the rival "Ansatsuken" (Assassination Fist) practitioners.

The character behind Ryu at 9:55 is known as "Kage," and he is the personification of the "Satsui no Hado" (Surge of Murderous Intent) within the former. Kage debuted in Street Fighter 5, where in his story mode he vanished from existence after Ryu rejected the Satsui no Hado from his life. As a result, it is unlikely (though not impossible) that Kage or an "Evil Ryu" that utilizes the Satsui no Hado will appear in Street Fighter 6 or any future installment.
