This is a solid human. ...but I maintain you cannot slappy a flat bar like that. If it's got a 'wall' then it's a slappy. He's still scooping up with an ollie essentially. It looks awesome and is a different trick than an overcrook that I just don't think is a slappy. But what do I know? Homie is a cool dude, has a bright future.
