The first and only professional football team that I love and will love forever. Their anthem gives me chills and takes me back to their golden era, that golden era is coming back soon and Derek Carr will be a Super Bowl champion with the Raiders and you better believe it. The Raider jersey is the only jersey that I wear no matter how they are doing, that jersey is synonymous with toughness, success, tradition and respect. I will always support them whether they stay in Oakland or move to Los Angeles. I can't see myself supporting another football team in the NFL. I would like to go to the BLACK HOLE and see a Raider game once in my life before they built their new stadium. Keep the Raiders in California, it sounds awful to call them Las Vegas Raiders or the San Antonio Raiders. The Raiders are a product made in Oakland, California and to see them in another state will be painful for the entire Raider Nation.
@EnjoyLifeNow248 жыл бұрын
Ramiro Olguin The Raiders will comeback full force and another reason why I am a Raiders' fan is because Al Davis was the first to open the doors for Tom Flores who won two Super Bowls for the Raiders as a head coach and when he named Art Shell as a head coach becoming the first Black head coach of an NFL team. No matter if the Raiders win or lose, you can be proud of an organization that stands for something. What does the the Red Sox stand for? What does the Steelers stand for? What does the Bulls stand for? They stand for nothing because they are just sports teams... The Raiders are more than a sports team. We are a living persona that says Fuck You to authority, we did the league twice and won, we took the worst players from every other team, all the fuck ups, all the washed up nobody's, all the people nobody else wanted and made them legends in the silver and black, we broke down racial and gender barriers going clear back to the 70s way before or became chic to do so and we did it just because it was the right thing to do, we helped build up the AFL and pushed for unification and without AL Davis there would never have been a spray bowl, we have anyways been at the cutting edge of football, we constantly have gone against the grain and never gave a fuck about anybody else. You can snafus be proud to be a Raider fan because wearing our colors or our jerseys is more than just making a statement about a sports team it is a statement about who you are as a person.... a person who is a rebel and who does their own way and wins.

Al Davis copied the Los Angeles Chargers 1960 original shield logo. Al Davis was part of the Los Angeles Chargers coaching staff 1960 birth season through 1962. Al Davis then left the Chargers coaching staff in 1962 to become the manager of the Oakland Raiders in 1963. Al Davis obviously copied the the 1960 L.A.Chargers original shield logo and added it to the Oakland Raiders pirate logo in 1963 because coincidentally the original 1960-1962 Oakland born Raiders pirate team logo didn’t have the shield logo in their original birth year of 1960-1962 until Al Davis joined the Oakland Raiders in 1963 then added the shield logo to the pirate logo. Raiders copy cat shield logo but the true Original L.A.born Shield logo is the Original Los Angeles Chargers battle horse shield logo. Da Da Da Da Charge!!! ⚡️🐴 🏈 Let’s Go Los Angeles Chargers! The true original 1960 L.A. born team now back playing in the original birth city L.A. Da Da Da Da Charge!!!!!⚡️🐴 🏈

Al WAS The Raiders, he lived the life of a Raider, the owner of today sitting in his or her pressbox watching the game and occasionally clapping is a joke. Al Davis IS FOOTBALL as it should have been, rough around the edges but shiny in the middle! The NFL will NEVER have a man like this again, asst coach, head coach, league commissioner, and finally HOF owner, damn the NFL misses you Al! I hope you enjoy your McDonald's cheeseburgers and coleslaw on your heavenly sideline now!

Al was a visionary, and someone who brought life to that vision. When the league and others told him he couldn’t, he didn’t ask why, he just did it, the rest be damned.

I'm a Bills fan but I've always had alot of respect for Al Davis and the Oakland Raiders. Mr. Davis gave second chances to MANY players who weren't very successful elsewhere or were considered washed up. But then they came to the Raiders and flourished. Guys like Jim Plunkett, George Blanda, and Lyle Alzado were perfect examples of that. I have no idea how Jim Plunkett, Cliff Branch, and Tom Flores are not in the HOF yet. That's ridiculous. Branch was better than Swann or Stallworth in my opinion

His later years may have hurt the Raiders, but the man was renegade, a revolutionary, against the status quo, and he made the Raiders into a respectable organization, a organization that would go to the beat of its own drum, the Raiders had an identity with Al Davis, something that they lack today
