Actually Toos is still there and not in the desert. It's in Iran next to nishapur and has many scenic fountains and Masjids. Yes it's no longer the big commercial city it was but despite less residents it is still there and not a desert with tumble weeds blowing through it. Theres an Iranian who made a video of Imam Ghazali and walked through some of the residential parts which I must say was rather spectacular. I hope the Sheikh will get to visit it oneday and see where the great Imam lived Aameen

@@m.mohtashim2000 Wa alaikum al Salam wa rahamutullahi wa barakatuh I can say it’s about consciousness and reality Physics describes the universe and psych describes our relationship with it. AlGhazali described the nature of the universe based on Qur’an evidence and what he described 900 years ago was only known to modern man through Einstein’s relativity and through quantum physics Regarding psychology/biology: Carl Jung’s collective unconscious and Rupert Sheldrake’s morphic resonance in relation to Bret Weinstein’s evolutionary biology observations connect physics and psychology in the most interesting way because they help narrow the gap between quantum and relative. There’s a lot I left out but this is a good place to start my answer. Feel free to ask more

Why don't you say that he's persian /iranian, khorasan was and is a great part of iran
@nemorajabi583 жыл бұрын
@@Anomandil first of all your example of France isn't comprebale in this case, France is well known but khorasan isn't unfortunately second i detect some resentment against iran in his speeches i hope I'm wrong ,3rd it's very important to clarify where these great men are from, yeah they're belong to whole humanity but they're also national tresure as well like DaVinci is a Italian national tresure
@Anomandil3 жыл бұрын
@@nemorajabi58 I do not think merely neglecting to mention al Ghazali's ethnicity takes away from this informative lectures. I do not think the Shaykh resents Iran maybe just harbours a general aversion to nationalism and does not want to encourage it; I see nothing wrong with such sentiment if this is the case. Nationalism is a dreadful blight on the Muslims, and is an impediment to the unity needed to deal with urgent matters. Furthermore, I watched this yesterday so I can't be sure, but I think he does mention Persia when describing Toos or Nishapur.

@@Anomandil well i hope you're right and I'm wrong about his view on iran but I think unfortunately his resentment is religious as you know we're shia muslim and i saw in other videos ,as much as he tries to appears neutral about these matters one can see his aggressive attitude towards shia'ts which is very disappointed, nothing makes me happier than a united islamic world

Khorasan is a province in Iran. Does that make the Imam Persian?
@Sultan-gr5tk4 жыл бұрын
No. Khorasan referred to a greater area encompassing Afghanistan, some parts of Iran and Central Asia.
@farsii54552 жыл бұрын
yes ghazali was Persian. Khorosan doesn’t just cover Iran, however the part of Khoroson he was from would be in modern day Iran
