I can totally relate to Sue as my husband of 30 yrs has never spoken those words to me "You look beautiful" so when I get a compliment from someone else I don't know how to react accept to smile and say thanks but I don't feel anything inside because you want it to come from the one you love the most 🙂

@@Soffity Your right, my husband is not the verbal type nor does he really show affection but he does go out of the way for me in fixing most anything We have had that chat before and he always says I've never been that kind of guy( this was years ago) I guess what I was trying to say was I lack the confidence to react properly when complimented 😊

I’ve seen other women try on this dress and I never liked it, but it looked PERFECT and beautiful on her. It’s amazing how dresses do that-when I got married, I hated one wedding dress on the hanger but as soon as I put it on, I was in love with it. 😂

I don't understand. If someone is not happy with their shape, why don't a lot of them do something about it? Like eating healthy food or doing exercise. If it's something about self steem and not physical and you know you need help, give yourlsef permission to ask for help, there's nothing wrong with that! Your health matters!

Probably because work family and other stuff comes first and the food in some countries that is cheap enough to afford is less expensive. It costs money and time to get healthy especially if you work a lot. You have no time

Because there’s a number of reasons. A lot of people eat for comfort, a lot of people don’t realise they eat as much as they do and a lot of people just don’t know how to fix it. It’s an emotional struggle as much as a physical one.
