The black dress looked good but was very harsh. I think this pink dress looks absolutely stunning on her. As usual, Jo & Al did an amazing job. Further this if Jo & Al are no longer in business, as stated in an earlier comment, then the bridal world and future curvy brides have lost an amazing duo.

AGREE!!! After Al had surgery and lost all that weight, they were doing a show called The Big Clean for a while, which you can also find on youtube , but not sure what they're doing now! They are absolute angels!!

The black dress was such a statement on her and looked amazing, but I think perhaps better suited to a formal event, rather than a wedding. The blush dress was just superb, enhancing her figure with a lovely tint of colour taking it away from the (boring) traditional white, which really suited her. Another great job by Al and Jo!

@ilkahellerling2345 I think it was covid. I will try to look it up. I was so sad that they closed. I did a search a couple of months ago. I also think I read that 1 of them has been sick. I just searched for the name of their bridal store, and I think that's what I read. Cannot remember the name of their salon at the moment.

The blush dress was beautiful but has a corset back which could present a problem getting into on the wedding day. It could be ordered with a zipper back but being strapless she may find herself tugging it up all day. Ideally if she could get the black dress in the pink color or white might be worth checking into because it looked beautiful on her.

So, they discussed the fact that a dress with a zipper would be way easier for her to get dressed in, as she will not have anyone there to help her. But they put her in 3 dresses with corsets. I know they did that to boost her confidence, and she looked great... but who is going to help her?
