Right on man! All inmates deserve a safe and sanitary place to serve their time. The time is the punishment, not the conditions of the space in which the time is served. This is why we need to vote for politicians who support prison reform and progress at every level. Videos like this and others of yours are raising awareness, but we can all do more. I’ve read that prison rape is completely out of control in Alabama Prisons. People are getting turned out left and right in massive numbers. Good to hear you're quitting cigarettes I quit a couple years ago and within four to five months I was able to start breathing better I was less Moody and was able to do the things I used to do like go biking. I found the first two weeks the hardest but it's definitely something that is worth the struggle. IDK if you're going cold turkey or not but I found the patch worked for me the cravings still came but I found they didn't last as long as you keep changing it out every 24 hours. Also I know you do believe in God so don't be afraid to pray for the strength to continue with it.
