Comments about QB left me with the impression that Bama State was in a scrimmage mindset playing against an opponent who was “game ready” at kickoff. Hornets 🐝 defense needs to “get well” quickly. Hornets nation needs deep prayer for their QB situation.

Did Andrew Body park his car in Coach Robinson’s reserved space? The game was mind boggling with him coming in & out, even after making spectacular plays. Andrew Body CAN throw the football, but he consistently had 2 defenders collapsing on him after exchange with center. Despite NCCU’s victory, some may view Andrew Body as MVP of game and definitely 2nd to #4 for NCCU, yet he is not invited to postgame conference. Finally, with a newly hired head coach in Cris Dishman he may not be a starter at Texas Southern with Cooper and Wilson in QB room, but ASU should be grateful to have him. This is definitely a strange sequence of events.

Agreed, but he should not have been in the position of rotating in the 1st place. He has extensive experience and made spectacular plays. Does he struggle throwing in tight windows, sometimes, but if his primary WR creates sufficient separation he can get him the ball like he did with Kelani Davis (his freshman year), Q. Morgan, AJ Bennett, and Jyrin Johnson at Texas Southern University. Unless Body is injured or plays poorly in the first 4 games, should he be replaced or share QB duties at Alabama State University.

I love my alma mater Texas Southern, and we can't guarantee him a starting spot because of Cooper and Wilson. There may be another unnamed QB that Coach Dishman recruited that I'm unfamiliar with. But based on yesterday's game Body earned every snap at ASU and should lose his job or share duties if injured only. Body deserves more reverence from the coaching staff.

Terrible coaching. Andrew Body was the only offense the ENTIRE GAME! And he still kept putting the other quarterback in the game. Terrible!

Stay injury free, which he couldn't do playing half the snaps. It proved wise that Alabama State had two quarterbacks ready because of the injury.

@areguapiri First, it seems to be clear that O'Brian was QB1-A and Body was QB1-B coming out of camp. O'Brian had a bad game. Body had a two flash runs for touchdowns. Outside of that, he was not a passing threat. Body had every chance to make it a mute point, but he got injured again. O'Brian could have separated himself versus Miles, but he's in the concussion protocol. Body and O'Brian, two quarterbacks with injury history in college from their previous colleges, and oh look, they are both out due to injury at their new school.

For all the overreacting fans,Andrew Body had every chance to win the starting quarterback job outright, but he got injured and only played half the snaps. Got to be more durable than that. It was a wise move by Alabama State coaches to have more than one quarterback up to speed going into the season. O'Brian had a bad game and in typical idiot fans overreaction, he all of a sudden isn't good. FOH with the stupid overreacting after one game

@godsawbeginningknowsend6921 Only morons and fools and overly emotional clowns overreact to the 1st game of the season as if the 1st game of the season is the entire season. Andrew Body could have solved everything, but he couldn't survive one game, playing half the snaps, without getting injured.
