Some of us older folks appreciate food that doesn't come through a window so I appreciate this. It's also cool to understand how easy it is to eat healthy and good on the road, in the van. Great video

The Inner Space Caverns north of Austin are pretty cool too. If you are hit New Mexico, make sure you check out Carlsbad Caverns.

Talon, not sure where your road trip will take you or what your plans are. You mentioned heading out west which your pretty much already there, but if you found yourself in Colorado there is a super cool spot called Beaver Creek in the town of Avon. Got married there in the winter and have been back in the fall and summer. Awesome ski resort and just a neat town. Plenty of places to park the van. Also went to a place called Dotsero, CO a little west of Avon and floated the Colorado river which was one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever had. Awesome channel man.

Cool cave. You should hit ape caves at Mt St helens when you hit Portland/Seattle. 1.5 mile hike underground in a lava tube.
