I just played this in a store. It sounded as good as Martin Road Series and much brighter, crisper and larger volume than the Guild DS240. A lot of guitar for this price.

I have a Madeira A20-M, with flame maple back and sides. Neck like butter. I think I paid about $250 for it. A great guitar. Happy to find out the sainted Bob Marley, as Carlos Santana calls him, owned and played one.

I bought this guitar accidentally 🤣 I visited Thomann in Germany and had a good ability to test a lot of acoustic guitars. Maybe someone left this guitar at a wrong place among Martin or some other brand, and…. After this sound I didn’t want to continue any tests. A-20 is really amazing and now I have one 😎

I've had mine since it came out. I set it up with Martin monels, and it plays so much easier than other Brands solid top dreadnought guitars that cost twice as much.

I only found this model by searching for 1.75 inch neck vs the 1 11/16 that all lower priced Yamaha’s seem to have and even the D240. No one mentioned that, so A20 should be easier to play for beginners, like me that are having trouble fretting chords with fat fingers.

Flip it upside down. Probably need to install the nut and saddle upside down too. The pick guard will be upside down but it looks cool. Just was looking this guitar up because it’s $200 on Stupid deal of the day today

Having closely scrutinised pictures of this guitar there are a few differences, the headstock is wrong shape, originals had madiera on headstock and the heel is totally different shape. The only place guild appeared was on the label,and it was small enough to not notice, they have however managed to capture the scratchplate correctly, I'm really looking forward to actually trying one
