Having Southgate manage this England side is like having Nicholas Latifi driving a Red Bull in Formula one. Yes you may have the best team but without the right manager you are not going to win anything and sorry but Southgate has been outcoached so many times (Croatia 2018, Italy 2020 etc.) that he has shown that he is not the right manager.

Really?. It was his Conservative style of play that cost us the last Euro Final. Our young team who took an earlier lead barely crossed the half way line after that, allowing an Italian Side who were collecting their bus passes and pension the next day to take us to the lottery of penalties. He was also too Conservative in the Russian World Cup and the Qatar one. His lack of courage to take the game to the opposition will cost us again this tournament

England is not as good as media hypes them to be. They are one of top teams but not this overwhelming favorite and everything except title is a bust. That being said, Southgate is not a great manager. He's not awful, just average. If Manchester takes him, they will get just another ten Hag.

We won’t win the Euros simply because Southgate doesn’t have the tactical awareness or the game management in the big games as he’s proved against Croatia in the 2018 World Cup semi final, against Italy in the Euro 2020 final and against France at the last World Cup.
