Alan Partridge is a spoof character and he is spoofing male attitudes to gay women, not condoning them. I think parody is still allowed. Mind you years ago we had in the UK a show called Till Death Do Us Part which had a deeply racist character, Alf Garnett, played by the superb Warren Mitchell (who in real life was Jewish). The trouble with that show was that Warren played the racist Garnet so straight that many people didn't't realise it was parody and many racists emulated him rather that realising it was a piss take.
