I love your passion for the lore and backstory to these games! Some of the other gamers I’ve watched that play3d this game didn’t know anything about Control or honestly the events of Alan wake 1 so it’s nice to watch someone so excited about all the references!

Alam wake 2 is definitely one of my top games of 2023. Peak survival horror, and so glad to see JC playing it.

I love how well the AWE DLC ties into AW2. At the end of the DLC, we were told there was an alert coming from Cauldron Lake, but it's from the future. Now, in AW2, we are able to see the alerts' origin point. Remedy are so good at connecting their stories.

couple months out of date now, but just now realizing/wondering if Return is the novel, and Initiation a film, with all the connections to Zane and you only get the real life clips during Alans sections. Dont often refer to films as chapters, so “Part 1” rather than chapter.

This game is great even if you barely remember Alan wake 1 and nothing of control (and never played quantum break). It's good enough I am daring to try it on a slow ass hard drive on a moderate pc. So I need to stop for minutes to load, and even between spots of the map, because stuff might not load adn I end up falling through the unloaded floor XD.
