I cannot help but respect and Love this man for having the courage to leave this band when he did...for the reasons he did. Took allot of guts to leave something he helped build, and something he obviously still loves so much. He really gained my respect by leaving the band at their height, instead of slipping away at a low.
@sonofhibbs44253 жыл бұрын
It really did. Of course I don’t know the reasons why he left (other than what one reads) but if he saw it fit to leave, than kudos to him doing what he felt was right for him. Total respect.

He should have just quiet quit. Stayed with the band until things got better.

@@broncofun5636 Dave was lost in world of drugs and spiralling out of control, Martin could only see the world through the bottom of a bottle (his drinking was to get worse before it got better), the other one with ginger hair was going round spreading rumours behind his back. The band was a wreck and, be honest, has never recovered since Alan left. They got over Vince leaving but they haven't loosing Alan, also the ginger one who did nothing was getting paid the same amount of money as Alan who's hard work was never appreciated or valued. Anybody would have left under that set of circumstances

Nemá to koule!

Alan Wilder does not sell himself and who above all does not allow him to be treated as an object. It takes courage to do what he did and with this auction he finally closes a cycle in his life and finally he opens his wings to the artistic freedom.
