Thanks for the straight to the point review. I’ve been going to gym for years but I’ve only started my 5 am routine for a couple months so i started using alani pre workout for the caffeine but now enjoy all the benefits you listed. I like the taste and the boost it gives me for a good early morning workout.

Nice to hear your experience. If I ever had a list of "Best Pre-Workouts For Beginners", Alani Nu would definitely be on the list somewhere.

I just bought it today. I tried half scoop. I probably need full scoop. I like the flavor and it’s no sugar! Lots of salt but you can sweat that out. No skin itching which I get from C4 I’ll keep an eye on my performance.

Ya, it's a pretty mild formula, so definitely taking a full serving would be appropriate. Keep me posted on the performance gains. I always like to hear how others experience products compared to my own.

That salt helps with the pump.

@@mikeappleget482 Actually, we have an article on the website that talks about salt as a preworkout: feastgood.com/salt-before-workout/

Here's the best price I can find for Alani Nu Pre Workout : amzn.to/3Sbs4C8 (affiliate link) This is an affiliate link. Feel free to use it or don't. There's no extra cost to you. It simply helps me purchase more product to review for the channel. Also, it's important to mention, an affiliate link is NOT a sponsored link. I paid for this product 100% with my own money and reviewed it independently. I have never received any financial compensation from manufacturers for reviews. Companies never know that I'm reviewing their products before a video gets published. It makes no difference to me whether I love or hate the product, I simply tell you my candid opinion. So while I can receive commissions for referring sales to products, if you end up being disappointed with my recommendation and don’t come back to the channel, I lose my audience trust. This is why I always set a very high standard for my review process, and constantly strive to provide the best, most honest, and most helpful information.

I’m enjoying this journey y’all are going on with protein and pre workouts. What’s been your favorite brand so far?
@feast_good Жыл бұрын
Thank you, that means a lot. There are a few stand-out brands so far. Transparent Labs seems to be something we're always coming back to as being high quality and just "doing things right". But this is a tough question, as there are still so many more brands to try and experiment with.

I'm thinking of trying this pre workout. I usually only use L-Citrulline. Should I add extra to this? Say half a scoop or would that be too much ? I've experienced a burning sensation from taking too much before (a heaping scoop of it).
@feast_good10 ай бұрын
Alani Nu already has a full clinical dose of citrulline, so you do not need to add extra.

I don’t want to feel burning sensations or even tingling. I am new to pre workout. How much should I take?
@feast_good4 ай бұрын
Always start with a half serving size to test your tolerance. I'm not a doctor so this isn't health advice. Alani Nu has beta alanine, which can cause skin tingling. So you might want to look for a product that doesn't have beta alanine. Something like Gorilla Mode or 4Gauge. I have reviews of those on the channel. Check out the pre-workout playlist.

It’s 6 mg of 2:1 citraline malate, still a good dose but that does not mean 6 mg of citraline, it would be 4mg of citraline and 2mg of malic acid btw
@feast_good11 ай бұрын
Ya, the whole Citrulline Malate vs L-Citrulline is a bit complicated and wasn't worth discussing in this video. But if you (or anyone) is interested in the research around effective doses for citrulline malate, then check out our article on "What Does L-Citrulline Do In Pre-Workout?": feastgood.com/l-citrulline-pre-workout/
