Mrs. Foxx, let me start by saying I almost never make KZbin comments, but I am astounded with the results of doing these affirmations. I've been playing this (and your other videos) in the bath and before I sleep a few times a week. Repeating what you say and sinking into the truth of it puts me into such a relaxed, positive state. Just feeling so good about myself would be enough, but on top of feeling better I am suddenly getting all these marvelous, sincere compliments. In the last 2 weeks, numerous people have gone out of their way to tell me that I'm so beautiful, that I look like a theater actress, and that I look like a movie star. I have never been treated this way before and it's fascinating. I take care of myself like always, and I'm dressing a bit nicer recently because I've discovered fashion is fun, but I haven't made any huge changes to my appearance. What's most different is I FEEL good about myself. I think it's showing in the way I carry and present myself, and people are responding to that. Instead of nitpicking my face and body and feeling upset, I now always reflexively say a kind thing about my appearance when I look in the mirror. It really is amazing how your perception of things changes your reality. I feel so much better. Thank you for making these videos, your voice is beautiful and sincere and you've helped me dramatically improve my confidence. I just wanted to tell you this. Take care!!
