Hello, I've been wondering if the chances of getting Hashimoto is related to iodine, and seaweed is a major source of it, is there a corelation between the number of cases and geography? I suppose citizen of some countries, like Korea or Japan, consume a lot of seaweed, way more then perhaps inhabitants of central European countries. Are asian countires leaders in the number of Hashimoto cases?

But really most people don’t get iodine at all. I’d argue the lack of iodine vs too much.
