I wonder how much of our thyroid symptoms, as well as our seeming improvements from taking thyroid medication, are psychosomatic? Belief is a very strong thing, and can actually change outcomes! I choose to believe that my body is strong, resilient, and wise. And that I can trust it to find balance and heal! Thank you for sharing this information! It's perfect timing for me! 🙏🏼😊💜

Short answer: yes. Mainly around iodine but also healthy carbs, enough protein and healthy fats.

Please fill me in if you can. What level is “elevated” antibodies? If I have TPO AB with < 9.0 for example I have no idea if that’s like TSH and sky high or more like a %. Same with ANTI-Tg. If I’m at 20.3 for example I have no idea if that’s high. I’ve asked 4 different doctors and never had a straight answer. I also don’t understand the relationship of the variance of antibodies and free T3/T4 or TSH. With so many people suffering from this why does no one seem to know? Thanks for this video! I need to be more aware of Iodine
