We built the Alard elevating feed conveyor with cleated belt as a peeler-feeder, peeling machine feeding belt conveyor, to even-feed fruit and vegetable products including apples, beets, carrots, cucumbers, potatoes, onions, beets and other root crop vegetables to our Alard 4-roll peeling machine (not included). This incline feed conveyor is also widely applicable to feed all manner of downstream food processing or packaging equipment in the context of a produce packing or other industrial food processing production line.
FEATURES:
~ 32 inch wide by 16 inch long tapered stainless steel feed hopper.
~ 12 inch wide by 8.5 foot solid interlocking plastic chain type cleated belt.
The belt has 2 inch high cleats on 6 inch centers to carry fruit and vegetable food products up this incline conveyor.
The belt runs between 7.5 inch high sides flared to 17 inches wide at the tops.
~ This incline feed conveyor with tapered in-feed hopper is configured at an optimal discharge height for feeding an ALARD 4-roll pickle washer, scrubber, abrasive peeler / brush-washer (not included):
Comes set for a 33 inch in-feed height, 66 inch high discharge.
~ All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
~ Flanged discharge for easy mounting of an additional (optional) add-on discharge chute.
~ Adjustable threaded rod feet.
~ Top mounted 1 HP stainless steel shrouded drive motor, with aluminum gearbox.
~ 208 / 230 / 460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
