I am glad my kids are out of the military now. My son spent 4 tours overseas and has shrapnel throughout his body. He suffers PTSD after watching friends die in front of him. The policies of the Clinton administration began the downward spiral of the Armed Forces. The reduction in forces (RIF) program that was implemented in 1993 got rid of thousands of good experienced future leaders in both the officer and enlisted ranks. What the armed forces were left with was mostly young inexperienced, college degree seeking newbies and soon to be retiring lifers that weren't interested in baby sitting. The government also began allowing NON CITIZENS to join the ranks and lowered pre-enlistment criminal standards and this opened the door to the gang problems in the armed forces. Frankly, this all stems from the lack of a CIVIL MILITIA and the people being in control of the government. If you give up your duty to secure your liberty then you will pay someone for your security. And there is no freedom in that

First off they make our military fight in on the cheap manor, they seem to be more concerned about the enemy than our troops. They saddle them with asinine rules of engagement that give the enemy the upper hand. The requirements for men are higher than that of women and the combat roles suffer for it and they claim its for equality. We make our combat troops fight 20 years to the point they commit suicide and the only reason is to avoid a draft so the gutless don't have to nut up. Now we have a Commandant of the Marine Corps who has taken armor units out of the service because they didn't learn a dam thing from Mogadishu. They are literally forcing top talent personnel out of the service because they won't take a covid shot while allowing women to say my body my choice but it doesn't seem to apply to men. I could go on and on.

I am extremely concerned about the military adopting woke politics and political correctness. Like you are saying, it is preventing the recruits and personnel from their proper training to defend themselves and their people. I fear it could lead us to tragic consequences. Like Japan Airlines Flight 123, the U.S. Personnel stationed near the mountain where it crashed found the crash site with survivors. They want to help, but Japanese authorities intervened and told them to go back to base. Though at the time, Japan's rescue forces were having political arguments. This delayed the rescue and as a result, they would only save 4 women. The other survivors died throughout the night. 520 people died on that day. I am now afraid that we could have a similar outcome. Or a different kind of a tragic outcome. Either way, we are all not going to be very happy at all!!

We pray for all of our Police Officers, Military personnel and Firefighters every single day. More than I can express do I want to see all of our good people survive and progress well. My family has LEOs and Military throughout and they all need every ounce of spiritual help we can all give them.

Well I wonder why!? They keep lowering the standards, they stopped shark attacks (which isn't just to be mean. It's supposed to teach you to be cool and think in crazy situations. The so-called "peace-time" draft had brought civilians closer to the military. Today, the all volunteer service distances itself from the general public. Drive by any military facility and you are met with "no trespassing US government" signs - we are that government! You are also met by armed guards quick to point weapons at you or place you under arrest. As Pogo once stated: " We have met the enemy, they are us.!"

The marines invaded the island of gaudacannel during WW2 !! 400 marines got stranded on the island (long story short) they killed 1,200 Japanese, 40 USMC CASUALTIES!
