To prevent any breakdown in communication, all parties - PNVF. PVL, and the team owners and coaches, should have had a multisectoral meeting where the minutes are written, understood and signed by all concerned. If indeed one team had no plans of allowing their players for the Challenger Cup, they should have formally informed the PNVF early, so that a new libero could have been added to the team BEFORE the final lineup was submittted. This will avoid a difficult situation where the coaching staff had to make last minute decisions when they were already pushed against the wall with limited choices.

Yung naninigurado sila kaso mukhang magbback fire yung plano nila . Ngayon miscom na sinasabi nila . Kasi mukhang iaallow yung mga ALAS players na bumalik while on going pa ang Reinforce . Useless rules kung nababali lng ng isang club team 🤮🤮

Correct Hindi maayos Ang schedule at Ang pvl draft almost complete line -up na Ang mga teams KC malapit na Ang reinforce conference kaya kulang pa rin sa preparation.

Useless na kahiy ipahiram pa sila ng CTC , Nagawan n ng paraan ng PNVF at ALAS coaching staffs yung problemang iniwan nila sa NT , May kasama na silang fil am libero at setter sa training nila abroad para sa paghahanda sa SEAVleague . If walang gagawin sila Palou sa gnawa ng CTC management . Mas okay pang idisolve na lang nila yung mga rules nila since wala din namang silbi . Pagbbgyan nila ang CTC na kung tutuusin ang lalim ng bench players sa Libero at OH position . Pero ang Rebisco teams at Ibang team kailangan mag comply ? Sobrang laking kawalan ni Catindig at Gandler sa Cignal , Same kay Rondina at Nunag sa CMFT but still inallow sila ng mga club teams nila to show support and respect sa mga rules ng PVL at PNVF

@@athan1667 Walang problema kina Eya & Jen dahil super willing silang maglaro for the national team! Iba pa rin ang benefits, prestige at suporta na makukuha nila if member sila ng national team! Apart from their allowance as a national team member, eh nakatanggap pa sila ng 200,000 pesos na incentive dahil sa bronze medal finish nila last AVC Challenge Cup at marami pa silang gifts na natanggap from different sponsors ng Alas Pilipinas team. Makakasama pa sila sa mga foreign trips abroad for international tournaments and training camps at iba pa rin talaga ang fame/clout at suporta na nakukuha nila as members ng national team. Ang mga national team members ay may mga nakukuha ding benefits from the government like discounts gaya sa mga seniors/pwd discount. Hindi logical na tumanggi sila sa lahat ng mga biyayang 'yun kaya bakit naman sila aayaw eh maraming athletes ang nangangarap na maging part ng national team? Makikita naman na very supportive pa rin sina Eya at Jen sa Alas Pilipinas team kahit hindi sila nakapaglaro last Volleyball Challenger Cup at nanood pa nga silang dalawa ng game ng Alas against Vietnam.

Tingin ko hndi lahat mababangko lalo n sa, mga lower rank team.. Ggawin nilang first 6 mga nakuha nila sa draft like gagate, cruz at coronel.. Pro mabangko man ung iba eh ang mahalaga my kontrata sila..😊

Wala naman masama kung bench players ang role nila basta may kontrata at siguradong bayad sila kahit hindi pa gamitin sa game! Ok nga 'yun dahil walang pressure, iwas injury at iwas pagod pa sila, lol! Kung gusto nila mas sumikat at mapabilang sa first six ng team nila, eh they need to really work hard and perform well para ma-retain sila sa team at mas lumaki pa ang talent fee nila!😂
