Alisdair Macleod is truly a man of wisdom. He reinforces what I've felt in my gut that has been coming for the last five years. It's been accelerating since the 2019 repurchasing operations for the banks. When the bond yields inverted and the ushering in of the Covid cover you'll either be a victim or a victor. Thanks Junius. I too was a coin collector of sorts but after 2008 I've been preparing like a mad man, still driving my 22 year old pick up and keeping my ass out of debt. I think the credit freeze will be the first visible domino and the people living on plastic will be the first of many to suffer. Silver and gold are the only currency that people will trust. Just to clarify, Does this apply to Silver in the same way as Gold? If it doesn't, then banks would move their positions of unallocated Gold to unallocated Silver and continue their games. But for Silverbugs, that would cause an unbelievable rise in Silver price and Demand

Alastair was talking about going into the towns and cities and seeing all the shuttered small businesses.I was in my old city yesterday and it was very disconcerting to see how many for lease or for sale signs there were on restaurants and small businesses. I saw homeless camps on the side of the road, that I hadn't seen last year. Last year was an eye opener for me, when a tent city rose up around the large stadium, that they'd turned into a water and food relief center.

It's so sad half of our country is under mass physcosis. Noah was crazy until the rain started. That's us we're all Noah. I flew as special airlift missions as a flying crew cheif all over the world for a few years, and seeing all the paper money with dead dudes faces on it got me started down this road of discovery. Simple questions like why is this currency worth more than that one? Then I was educated on the history of money in the U.S, watched Princes of the Yen documentary, etc. I became hooked, my eyes are open wide, and I do not like what I see as a millennial & father. I allways knew Medicare, Medicaid, and Social security would not be around when I got old, but the truly scary proposition is if it stays around along with the rest of these paper promises debasing the currency into oblivion. Got Gold, and Silver?
