I love the goats winter coat! They are so cute! I love the shots of the ice covered trees. They are so beautiful. The animals are well taken care of. I can’t imagine getting out and feeding them though the cold and ice

Hey miss Mindy, the snubs is are quite amazing the way they acclimate to the weather. They fluff out like that in about 3 weeks in the fall. They look about 1/2 the size in the summer. Ha!

So it's you guys that are sending us all this cold weather. We have the same temps and its going to get colder. Ha my dogs do the same with the crows. The crows actually play games with them and tag team with other crows. It's really funny how the dog falls for it all the time. Stay warm you guys.

There's been a fair amount of blue tarps & in our case, the long black "salamander" heaters to get our trucks going in the winter! 🥶 It's all part of winter, right?? Not my favorite part, but ya do what ya have to do right? Back in the day, when it got as cold as you guys are in this video, we would leave the trucks run, to be sure we could leave when we needed to... but these days - at todays fuel prices... no way! Those were the good 'ol days!Hang in there everybody! Spring is just around the corner... I can feel it! (Not close enough to SMELL IT yet... unfortinately I can still only smell snow in your future) but it's coming!!) 🙏🙏 Stay warm, stay happy & healthy. Great video today. Thank you!❤️

In Fairbanks, the grocery stores have plug ins for block heaters at the parking spots. And keeping the vehicles running overnight in the winter us a common occurrence. Expensive but necessary. 🥶

Is a block heater not effective for the tractor motor at these temps? I could see that being a challenge with power conservation🤔

Hey friends, since we live on a small off grid system it’s not really an option for us. As soon as it warmed up this week though, the tractor started without a second thought. Ha! Stay warm out there friends,

@@teresagaines4318 So far we’ve been pretty fortunate where we are. Not much wind, but the 4 feet of snow and the -30 for a week is more than enough. Ha! -23 at this moment. Maybe Mother Nature is sparing us the wind. 😊🤞
