I was in Homer for ten days last July and we had a blast. Caught so many halibut, ling cod, rockfish and salmon! Took a 5-6 mile hike and came within 6-7ft of a black bear on accident. I have it on video. Once in a lifetime experience. Every fisherman or outdoorsmen must experience Alaska at least once.

Even though this was a fishing video, that was some of the best bear footage I've ever seen. The interaction between the bears and the fishermen was as good as it gets. The salmon and trout were so plentiful it was ridiculous! The power of those fish is amazing on the fly rod. That was indeed a trip of a lifetime even for us viewers. Thanks for sharing this once in a lifetime video with us😎

The close up shots of the bears were super cool. I'm planning on getting some waders. How are the ones that you are using? How long have you used them for?
@FishAholicTV4 ай бұрын
Hey thanks so much and I’m glad you enjoyed!! I love the waders I used! No issues so far but it was only the first trial run. But for 5 days straight of fishing they kept me dry and warm.
