Another great video! I enjoy every moment. The scenery is breathtaking. The food looks scrumptious. I love hearing the boys say, “Thank you, Jesus,” when they catch a fish. 🥰

I love and enjoy your family so very much, and am so very grateful for all you have shared, so having said that and having meant it from the deepest part of my heart I wish to offer this for your consideration. As a young girl growing up our family often relied on my fathers hunts, pheasant, squirrel, venison, as well as an abundance of salmon, trout etc. Being from Michigan we all so had an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables. My parents worked hard to provide for us and we were taught to respect all of the Blessings of the land and not to take more than what our family needed. We all love and loved nature and our natural environment very much and we’re very grateful for the food on the table and the animal’s life that had been sacrificed. We were taught the significance of stewardship of our environment and all that God has given us dominion over. Humility was taught in the wake of learning a set of skills well, such as hunting with a bow, tracking and learning to cast. Unfair advantage was only allowed if the families need for food was great and the hunters ability to hunt was impaired. If we were to take al life we were to honor the doing so before we did so by asking God to Bless the life and to take only that which was needed, if we took to much something or someone else would suffer,, and taking undo pride in the kill and more than was needed was considered to be abusive of the provision and show disrespect for Gods laws and His provisions. In our world today there are many ways that we can take unfair advantage not only of people but our natural environment as well. Apples and carrots thrown in an opening a few feet from a blind in a tree, a scope on a gun that no longer allows for the natural instinct of the animal to protect itself. We were taught that the excess was to go to others , not to build larger barns to hold the excess. , or toget more and more freezers, houses Etc. one thing that I have always loved about the old order Amish is there understanding of their need for boundaries, and how they structured and implemented certain restrictive cultural desciplines designed to help them maintain a spiritual well being and balance in a world of excess, it is something we’ve all needed at certain times in our life’s and even more so in todays world.. your family is loved and respected, your ancestors have sanctified much and given much, please my friends take care as to how you represent them and God and His provision, it isn’t enough after a kill to just shout out Thank You Jesus and then move onto the next humt, To whom much is given much is expected, remember the world is watching, and as a Christian you are one of Gods embasader and not to become a stumbling block to another’s coming to Christ. Again I Thsnk zyou for your time and your sharing.🙏♥️

Amen on buying a USA made red light therapy device 👊 The Cleveland Clinic (very similar to the Mayo Clinic in notoriety and prestige among US medical institutions) endorses and uses red light therapy, especially in relation to skin conditions. What a spectacularly beautiful day you had 🌞 While my only time in Alaska was a fuel stop on the way to Japan, I am anxious to return for some true time on the ground and to see the amazing sights! So glad your heel healing continues on toward 100%. Thanks for continuing to share your adventures.
