I must say that you do look so healthy - your hair is shinny and your skin is clear and I am so grateful that you share all that you do. Soon I will be on the road again and look for the days when I can get a camper but am grateful for my pickup truck. You give many of us the courage to step outside of our own set of circumstances.

The Walmart in Whitehorse has a free dump station and water at the rear of the parking lot by the gas station. In early June by 6pm there were over 50 RV's boon-docking in the Walmart lot. Good WiFi just inside the door. The Canadian Tire store next door is a very nice store too.

The views are priceless, thank you for sharing this untouched beauty ! I perceive "North of the Ordinary" to say 'north' is the Yukon BEYOND the ordinary experience. Not that it is saying PEOPLE are less in the South than those of the North..

Loved your video! I see you have senior highlights in your hair just like I do!🤣🤣🤣😉 I noticed your Johnny Cash CD's. My best friend, who just turned 97, is Johnny Cash's 1st cousin. She can tell some really good stories about her life. She also said that when she was really young, she and her mother had to trade with the Indians for food so they didn't starve in the Winter. Well, keep up the good work with your videographer job!🤣🤣🤣😉Take care, safe travels and Happy Trails! Love ya, SCOOTER🛵

In Newfoundland (which you HAVE to go see) what you have at that last Yukon stop is gravel pit camping. In NL this is a time honoured tradition. The gov tried to stop it, but the public resists. IN NL the pits are often carved from solid granite so you have these amazing pits with sheer rock walls... kind of amazing really.

Lynda Rose I so agree with you :) this lifestyle does seem to agree with Capone :) He is one lucky pup to be traveling so free and spending his days/nights with his mom. Hope Capone was feeling better soon after. I smiled at the Johnny Cash cds. He's music for the road. I have his Titter Tears album that I listen to a lot when I'm driving...well actually that's not quite true. I have a home made cd that I made from his Bitter Tears album and mixed some other native american sung songs to it, that I listen too when I drive. Wow what stunning views there towards the end...totally breathtaking!

I love watching your vlogs! I was born in Ketchikan, Alaska and grew up in Anchorage. I have awesome memories traveling all over Alaska as a child with my family. My father was a banker and decided to get us out of Alaska when I was going in to the 7th grade. I think they call in a mid-life crisis these days, lol... we sold our home and all of our belongings and purchased a large motor home and headed south not knowing where we were going to live. After traveling up and down the west coast all summer, we decided on Southern Oregon as our next home. I remember that summer so well & how much fun we had from campsite to campsite and not knowing where we would finally end up. I want to travel in a motor home with my 7 year old ..... I just loved it! Love watching your adventures, as I still have family in Alaska and was just there June 1st to visit my nephews. Enjoy Alaska..... it is a one of a kind place filled with friendly, happy people! ❤️ xx

If you haven't already bought a copy of The Milepost, I highly recommend you get one when you're ready to go back to the Lower-48. Its an absolute gold mine of information and can help with your trip planning. It has great maps and gives the exact milepost locations of gas stations, RV parks, dump stations, and just about everything else of potential use for travelers. It costs around $25.00 but I consider it worth its weight in gold! Already have mine bookmarked for our Anchorage to Indiana trip starting in a couple weeks.
