Sadie looked like she was feeling a little better near the end of the video.

I never boost any vaccines (except rabies) in my dogs. My vet does a titer (blood test) to check antibody levels. Have done this for years and have never had to give the booster. Antibody levels have always been fine. We way over vaccinate our pets... Very toxic!!! PS - Also live in Connecticut & don't give a Lyme vaccine.

I love hearing all the bird and frog sounds. I live with a noisy oxygen machine, so it’s a real treat to hear the sounds of nature! Beautiful photography and video also.

Thanks for another great video. I'm sorry you have to deal with rude comments about weight. With what the food companies are putting into food, it's almost impossible to keep weight down. I just realized that soybean oil has a tendency to really put on weight. It's an ingredient in everything unfortunately. The only good soy is non GMO, organic and fermented. I found soy bean oil in tuna and jalapeno peppers. I don't understand why they would put it in there. I did find water base tuna without it. I also found Ezekiel bread to be the only bread without soy bean oil or canola oil and without added sugar. Unfortunately we have to read everything to stay healthy and mobile. I also changed from brown rice to white rice because my body was having trouble digesting it. It's an ongoing battle. Take care.

I also read that long grain white rice is better for you. Your food looks delicious, stay safe out there.

Actually, if you saw "Bodega Aurrerá" you saw Walmart(and there is one in San Felipe) it is a Mexican discount store owned by Walmart de México. Though many Aurrerá stores were converted into Walmart, both Aurrerá and Bodega Aurrerá names survived.

I know exactly where you are! I went to Torrington in 2017 for the solar eclipse and the drive up there was just beautiful. Very remote and secluded. I even enjoyed Scott's Bluff a lot. Some really nice people there. I had a lady come over and invite me to her side of the street if I needed more. She was very welcoming. I've found that when I steam up a huge pot of green veggies and carrots and eat that first, my appetite is mostly satiated before I even start on the protein part of the meal. And yes, no desire to snack. Here's a great quick summer recipe: 2 cans of chick peas, drained, chopped up cilantro, chopped up red onion, dices tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, S&P. It's so satisfying to me and really fresh and delicious. Thanks for sharing!! Beautiful areas. My granddad grew up in North Platte. Ended up in NE Colorado.

Haven’t encountered a bear or mountain lion on my walks but they are there and I’m sure the mountain lions have seen me. Best to be with someone and make noise. That scares them off.
