Fastway (Eddie Clark) did a cover version of this song featured on their 1989 album, "On Target." While the vocals are stronger and less raw, Alaska's version predates four years but sounds ten years ahead, or around 1995. In other words, closer to some of the rerecorded material from classic bands from the 1980s with a 'modernized' (updated) sound to better fit the music direction of today.

John sloman, paul dianno, fastway and Steve overland have all covered this original version by Alaska. None of them come anywhere near this.
