I also want to tell you that your style of videos are really wonderful, you put a very realistic view. You talk about the hard time's and the good time's. I also think it's wonderful that you invite your Dad along for part's of your epic journey. You should be extremely proud of yourself... Good luck.

Hi Alex, this is currently by far my favorite bike touring channel, fantastic storytelling, footage and overall vibe. Wish you all the best all the way from Brazil. Stay safe!

Met you on the road in Wyoming. The guy and dog in the van supporting a CDT hiker. Gave you a gallon of water. I had to deal with that clay/mud too. It was a nightmare I never would have anticipated. You’re a warrior Alex. Really enjoying your channel and creative talents. Very entertaining and I’m learning a lot about something that’s not been on my radar until we met. Good luck the rest of the way!💪👏

Nice! Thank you so much for that water! It really gave me the confidence to ride on into the storm because I knew I would be okay even if I got stuck. I'm glad you're enjoying the videos! More to come soon!

Just found your channel and enjoying your videos. You show what it is like and your shots of the scenery are amazing. I'm in Europe and wont get to ride the USA but it looks amazing. I can relate to the mud in a small way. Did Brompton bicycle touring on canal paths and it was so bad the wheels wouldn't turn and I couldn't even see the chain!

Yeah man just keep cranking it. We'll be here to watch!

After watching dozens of bike touring channels and a number of Alaska to Argentina ones, I can say that this one turned out to be pretty good. Sometimes the soundtrack is annoying but the content is great!

Very nice! We watched the video in Abiquiu Retreat 🏝️ good to spend some days here. I put the sticks there at Lava Mtn btw 😂 OG race route goes right, current tour route goes around it

Ooh! Mystery Solved! I'm amazed at how little signage there is for the Great Divide compared to the CDT.

A hiker (matt) that I follow, mentioned he'd bumped into you in Abiquiu and what you are doing etc,so I thought I pop over and take a wee look,as I've watched dual spirit do it on a motorcycle which was pretty tough but to be on a bicycle has to be fun, well so far it's been fantastic so keep up the good work and go well :)))

Nice! Bicycles definitely have a different set of challenges than motorcycles. Both fun though!

Thanks! Editing on the road has been a challenge, but it's also a nice excuse to take some time off of the crank every once in a while.

Bentonite clay! Thats the stuff kitty litter is made of. Truly a horror on motorcycle!

That experience changed how I look at road surfaces and weather reports. I hope I never have to hear the sound of my chain grinding like that ever again.

It is wise to listen to the sticks people. They know best. The sticks is the way, deviate from that and you'll find yourself in a hell of a mess!
