Dare You To . No, they should not pay back the Frogmore renovation money. By law, the royal properties are required to be maintained and up to building code. Frogmore was built in 1801. I’m sure it has needed proper renovations numerous times in a home that is 218 years old. It has also been widely reported that the Sussex’s paid for their furnishings theirselves. Frogmore is not the Sussex’s property, it belongs to the queen. She has allowed the Sussex’s to use it. He is the son of the future king of England. The entire time Harry and Meghan have lived at Frogmore, they have held royal titles.
