ALBA // Live at Mulino aperto, Sestino 2024

ALBA is our attempt to capture from the constant flow of thoughts what we are truly seeking and to express it in a way that will stand the test of time. It's the daily challenge to become aware of our automatisms, to understand them and to gradually liberate ourselves to rediscover the true essence of movement, breath and the authentic sound of the self.
We are deeply grateful to be able to share ALBA, now available on MUPE Records. This project has been a journey of over a year, from the first meetings to the intense work, study and reflection that led us to make a conscious choice: we collaborated with the Italian illustrator Luca Tellurio to create a sketchbook where we could write down what truly felt like ours. Inside the sketchbook you'll find a QR code to download the album.
