You always give additional information to help your viewers achieve the same level of the recipe outcomes. However Mr Afzal - A request ! Please can you help your viewers understand the dangers of handling raw chicken. I have not heard you mention about keeping raw chicken away from other ingredients, and I never hear you mention the vital need of handwashing after handling raw chicken before touching other ingredients. I am sure you understand the dangers of salmonella poisoning, which is high risk - especially in countries with warm climates and questionable hygiene. I think your viewers would greatly benefit from you imparting health and safety practices. Thank you and keep up your great work !
