@mac1991seth after several rooms, sure. But then, if you were completely forced to fight Nemesis each time, on hard, the game would likely have failed since the difficulty would be beyond the standards of most players at the time. If they were to remake RE3 as it was [no crappy action remake], odds are Nemesis would be a roaming enemy that could be encountered at any time, anywhere, no exceptions. it would likely also be harder, considering the difficulty of other games these days.
