Of course, that would be very misleading and false advertising otherwise. 🙂 We actually improved the price to $414,900 though and then it sold for $410,000.

There is! Internet infrastructure has drastically improved in these rural areas with Shaw and Telus now providing. Even ExploreNet is good as well. And Amazon deliveries won’t be an issue either. 🙂
