@@PennyDickson-bn6mk Why can't Alberta go alone or join USA? BC and Saskatchewan are so submerged so deeply in the Liberal Waters, Alberta is starting to feel out of place! Its embarrassing enough as it is to be stuck in middle of the two provinces, let alone have them join us in the Separation!

I really appreciate your leadership Premier (particularly given the lack thereof in Ottawa). Please ensure you also deal directly with the US administration on behalf of Alberta (not only as part of team Canada). Sadly, I say this because at present we know we have a more friendly govt in Washington than in Ottawa. Hopefully that will change after an election, but until then please protect our economy.

Great update, Bruce! Thank you Premier for standing up for Albertans. Still many concerns with regards to the Feds overreach, as they continue to refuse to stay in their lane, good progress so far, but unfortunate it comes at such a high legal cost to push back. Keep up the great work Premier Smith!

It would be best if the other provinces prairie and east coast to follow our policies I don't know about BC because they are pretty much a lost cause under ebby. If the provinces follow what Alberta is doing and it's successful this will make our nation even stronger not just federally provincially as well working together.

I want to come home to Alberta and my hometown of Calgary and help build a proper society and culture. Personally I think MB, SK, AB and Northern BC and maybe YT should combine into a separate, sovereign nation. The West has a distinct culture and society than the East and from the USA. In addition I would advocate for close ties to the USA.

Federal shouldn't be providing roadblocks or hoops for provinces to jump through. That's just adding cost and inefficiency and slows innovation. Just defeats the purpose of growth. The more you regulate it the more people look for ways to get around it. People just don't understand that.

Good interview. Well past time for the tax cuts you promised. Putting the gasoline tax back up was a mistake, given how the feds keep piling on the taxes. It was your chance to give Trudeau the middle finger, but you chose not to. The electricity industry is out of control. Time to rein them in, too. Albertans have been gouged more than enough.

what health care? I still do not have access to a doctor in my community, The closest doctor is an 80 km round trip to see a doctor that is no more than a drug pusher, ignored medical need I went to a doctor and issued a request for blood test for the three evils of society, Thyroid, blood sugar, and high blood pressure. the issue I needed medicated was gout in my Knee that was there for three weeks before I could get an appointment, no prescription for the problem. the same crap as the last doctor we had. nothing has changed and never will until there is real change, hiring more of the same is no gain in solving the problem.
