We will never be able to effect Christian change through politics. It's a hopeless endeavor. Donald Trump supports abortion and LGBTQ agenda just like Kamala. Red States are legalizing abortion just as Blue States. The Republican Party is not a Christian party just like the Democratic Party. They are all politicians, they seek power and they can use any voting group to accomplish that. Christ is greater than politics. Let's return to Christ.

Excellent synopsis. The situation we are providential in is of our (Christian church) own doing. To correct it begins with repentance. As for 9/11, where has 23 years gone. I will never forget feeling that explosion at the Pentagon and the beltway chaos that followed. The Afghanistan withdrawal debacle falls squarely at the feet of the cowardly, military "leadership. The only excuse they have to offer is dereliction of duty.

Thank you for your words. I always find you very well grounded and considerate. As to your last point on foreign policy, I sadly don't have trust in Trump to stand up to larger foreign nations. As demonstrated last night, Trump can be easily baited into emotional and irrational responses, and I think that will play into his response to international crises. He has also praised foreign despots like Kim Jong Un and Putin, and I don't trust him to take a hard line against Russia's invasion of Ukraine or attempts by China to attack Taiwan. With his prevarication on abortion and his constant lies and vanity, I don't have trust in what a 2nd term, lame duck Trump administration would be like. It might be somewhat better than Harris, but I'm not sure by how much.
