you could do weekly series too. valve clearance to the piston in a costum engine is a juicy topic for example (one with a deck hight machined over the limit, or one that just has retarded lift or built with parts you dont trust) but the possibilities for topics you can talk about with a white board and some parts laying around in the garage are endless. why it is done, how to do it, cruicial things to look out for (all of these could very well be a separate video or even more. these things are way too complicated for a 10 minute vid),i bet there's enough to talk about in such topics that each topic could last atleast a month. you could prepare for them in advance and film more than one in one day, giving you some room to relaxe :D i don't know if people would like such technicality though. worth asking to see how many geeks like me you have in your fanbase :D

Alberto, not sure if you did it off film or I missed, but you should always loosen the head bolts starting at the middle and spiraling out - normally the opposite of the tightening sequence.... You can or warp the head while removing it. Don't mean to tell you how to suck eggs.
