This is from a show called "Så mycket bättre". They gather up a couple of famous swedish artists for a weekend where they cover each others songs. Another great performance from the show is "Magnus Carlson - Eternal love", also Agnes Carlsson - Instant Repeater.

I’d also recommend Miriam Bryant with ”One Last Time” (she translated a swedish song to english), and Daniel Adams Ray with ”Skotthål” (the original Song is a jojk, a traditional sami way of singing and is also fantastic). Så mycket bättre has been an incredibly popular show, and there are a lot of good songs to be found in clips from it.

Albin Meldau participated in that tv-show in the year 2018 and after a success making his own versions of the other artists songs and music he went direct to rehab for drug and alcohol abuse. Hi. “Så mycket bättre” (so much better) is a tv-show where Swedish artists get together in a villa on the Swedish island Gotland for a week or to and do not covers but interpretations/versions of each other’s songs. It’s a really great show and it has a lot of viewers. There has been several seasons. Albin won the Swedes heart after his first season on “så mycket bättre” but unfortunately he struggled with addiction before and during the taping of the show and soon after the show aired he was forced into rehab. He came back a few years later and was clean then. This kind of explains why he hasn’t been playing and making music for a period of time. His latest album was really praised. He has released music both in Swedish and English

This is one of my favourite TV-shows in Sweden! It’s called Så mycket bättre (So much better) and the songs they perform are almost always better than the original. This guy is so F*** great - see him first in a german show called "Inas Nacht" when he sing "Forget about us" ... 30 seconds and he get me.... than I saw him live in Hamburg in a little basement in front of only 165 people playing alone only with acoustic guitar. After this he was so nice and give autograms and make selfies too :D 2nd I saw him with his band in Göteborg in front of more 1000 s of people .... he could play everywhere .... I wish he come one time again to Bavaria Germany ... Albin is absolut underrated!

In the programme Så Mycket Bättre artists sing others songs in there own way. Many make another text to them and change the music. The 6-7 artists live together for a week. We have a great R'n'B singer Cherrie that also was in that progamme but another season. Cherries parents fled from Somalia to Russia and then to Norway where Cherrie was born. 1 year later they moved to Finland and when she was 10 they came to Stockholm Sweden. She have toured around the world singing in swedish and all love her. Fans use translation tools to get what she sings. The same season the sami rapper/singer/jojk Maxida Märak was on too.

Pop artists nowadays, and in, Sweden in particular imho, should not in general with a few exceptions of course, perform live during the last 25 years give and take, they should stay with studio version and just mime the lyrics unfortunately Until the early 2000's the singers from Sweden could actually perform live really well, it was clearly higher standards b4
