You’re right Secret love song was actually for the lgbt+ community, but the management force them to make a second version of the song with Jason Derulo and make it a single. The girls fight to put the original version in the album and they did it that’s why there’s two versions, in the concerts always the girls sing SLS Pt.2 and they dedicated the song for the lgbt+ community. Personally I think the version without Jason is 1000% better.

They worked really hard and wrote an entire different third album and their label made them scrap the entire thing because they didn’t like it.

A couple weeks ago I was listening to Pretty Girls (Britney and Iggy) and saw the song writers were the LM girls. I’ve loved the song since it came out and had no idea they wrote it...no wonder I liked it so much lol I looked it up and learned that they had it on their original album and that they threw the whole album out. It makes me wonder what that song would sound like with them singing it, as well as what the rest of that album sounds like!

As a fan of Little Mix for 6 years now, I can say Get Weird is the most "Little Mix" album they have. I mean I'm all for darkmix (Lm songs with darker tones/vibe), but these girls are literally just the weirdest and most fun people I know and it definitely shows in this album which I really love! I can just imagine them having fun and making weird faces to each other while recording it 😜 also, the ballads in this album are INSANE! Ugh this is definitely one of their best albums! 💗

Secret love song part I is amazing and I especially love their performance on the graham Norton show with jason but the meaning behind part ii and the emotion they bring to every live performance is so special and emotional, I cry every time. One of the many reasons why I love these girls and their friendship and relationship with their fans. I’m a friend of TroyBoi’s and having heard the original version of Lightning before it came out the original slaps even harder. The record label really watered down a lot of the music for it to be more radio/pop friendly. Also the live version of The End is magical!!

I honestly don't understand why Get Weird is one of the most underrated LM albums. To me, is right behind LM5, because all the ballads is this album are just a f*cking masterpiece.
