So just to prove a point that she can infact write, she went on to write the whole album herself and in a way she did "Speak Now". Enchanted is about Adam Young. I don’t know the deets but they met and later Adam wrote her a letter describing the moment with the word “enchanted”. Better Than Revenge was actually a response song to the Jonas Brothers song "Much Better". Joe sang "I got a rep for breaking hearts Now I'm done with superstars and all the tears on her guitar" and basically saying that his new girl is much better than Taylor. By the end of Better Than Revenge you can hear Taylor sarcastically singing "Come on show me how much better your are, so much better yeah?" She's singing about Camilla Belle who actually starred in the music video for Lovebug (another JoBros song) Also, Last Kiss is about Joe Jonas. And also Holy Ground.

I never understand when people say Kanye made her famous. When Fearless was the best selling album of the year already before he went on that stage and took away her mic. Also before hew went on that stage she already sold 8M+ pure albums already which was more than Kanyes entire career at that time. Her debut album is the longest-charting album of the 2000s decade also. So clearly he didn't make her famous. But I gotta say tho he did make her more famous to the black community I'll give him that.

Fun fact: Enchanted was written for Adam Young, the singer of the Owl City. Their meeting was really something for Taylor, but everything stayed on a platonic level. When he heard the song he made his version of it, adding some verses at the original one, like a responding to Taylor. I think you should find it on youtube and it's a very cute thing.
