this is my childhood in a video, I 100% made at least several ripoff series as a kid and I watched these things as an obsession. As a little child, I made a short ripoff comic of the scene in episode 2 where that one character dies using my own actual blood because I accidentily gave myself a paper cut then improvised what I would do for blood.

Great animation for this; there's a lot of movement instead of just characters standing around and whatnot. And your walk cycles look almost flawless! I like the footfall sfx too - they seem to get left out a lot. The animal growls and whimpers, etc. are a nice touch too, but the whining got annoying towards the end. Might wanna lay off that a little. It's cool to have the main character be a fox. Cats and dogs get used so much in YT animations, but foxes are less common, and they're neat. :)

My favorite aspect of this vid is the story, very good work! I wish I could say the same for the voice acting and the animation, but honestly that can slide, ppl make too big a deal of that as it is. Besides, I like the sound effects, particularly the whine (though maybe you could switch off different whine effects, the same one over and over becomes noticeable). In terms of the story, dang I feel sad for that poor fox! He's been through a lot, and all that just to find out where the city is? Interesting that the cat's name is "Icea." Very well named. At first I thought it was "Icenti," like the tribe, which would also be appropriate, but Icea is even better. Awesome quotes! About the only one I would have changed is at 5:30. I would just have a mocking laugh, rather than "this makes no difference." But hey, this is all just me. Really like it over all, just cause I feel so bad for the fox!

I have strong feelings so when Toby's parents died I just couldn't help it whenever he is. This sort of gave me the inspiration for Escaped From The Labs, a "series" I'm making. It's not an animated series and it will never be public, but it is just a script. The plot revolves around a litter of four foxes named Zelda, Evie, Keima, and Delphine. They were captured by an evil scientist, James DeVil, and his assistant, Nessa. After battling the scientists and escaping, the series revolves around their life in the wild and their quest to destroy James and Nessa for good. Please no hate replies, peeps.
