Not having a musical education, but being audio-enthusiast since decades, I love listening songs that I like on anything: hi-fi, compact system or headphones (CD or from internet). And many times I had the chance to listen to the same tune, but somehow different story. And always amazed about how the pieces of the music are put together, aiming for a certain effect. And here, yet a simple musical line, the hard work is noticeable (not really a mark of the years when released). Thank you!

It's probably nicer to listen to than most of modern pop music, granted, but it is still geared towards the lowest common denominator. No hate or anything, but this is not a beautifully crafted composition or a challenging song. Noone asked me, but if I had to choose, I'd much rather preserve other 70s-00s tracks. There is too many to list, but pop music will never be in there since it is produced to make the most money, not for any art. Don't get me wrong, I still like listening to this, but be aware of the nostalgia goggles.

Deliciously camp... Reminds me off happy times. Being with my Czech boyfriend and his friends at a straight Czech disco getting drunk on cheap beer. Knowing how much I loved this track Dusan got the DJ to play it dedicating it to me. Yep straight up on the dance floor we all got and it all became so camp. Sadly Dusan died very young but this song always makes me smile thinking about him and the life we should have shared. God bless you Dusan XXX 🍻🍻💞

I am 50 and i love the sounds like 70's, they transport me and my feelings change in a way i can't describe. 70's disco songs are special, even though then i was little it's like if i was living completely those sounds. 🤗

It was sampled heavily by a song from the 70s called "Spacer" :)
@danetdavid31682 жыл бұрын
@@firthbythesea Exact, Spacer a été chanté par Sheila, une chanteuse française, et la musique a été créée par Nile Rodgers, une référence (Chic, Get Lucky des Daft Punk et bien d'autres encore !!!)

We TOTALLY need a remaster of this. Just so the audio gets updated to nowadays crispiness and the bass THUDS. Love it to death.

This a sample from Sheila & B Devotion's 1979 song "Spacer" produced by Nile Rodgers of the group Chic. Love that song, and this is pretty hot too. Heard it years ago.
